After hours, Holidays, Saturday & Sunday - available by email/text and we will respond within 24 to 48 hours.
Shipping/Delivery- SHIPPING is 3 to 5 business days via the USPS from date of purchase if shipping in the 50 states in the USA.
PLACE ORDERS BY 10AM EST FOR SAME DAY SHIPPING Monday through Thursday.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will mail out on Monday.
THIS is because of the following reasons:
#1 I am a mom first, just loving what I do. When my clients look and feel fabulous in my clothing that puts a smile on my face & heart.
#2 I am not able to ship items on the weekends due to my kids schedules, I am their mom, #1 cheering fan & taxi driver on the weekends :)
International delivery can take up to 4 to 6 weeks just depends on your countries customs this is coming straight from the USPS.Domestic Rates (USA, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands):
All rates for domestic shipping are based on the weight of the package and carrier in which used. Typical rates for shipping is $9.00 but can vary based on weight.
Rates may vary and are based on weight and destination. Typical shipping rates are $15.00 for one item. More than one item will be based on weight and destination.
All shipping cost for returns and re-shipping of items will be at the buyers expense. If an error was caused by Journey Into Fashion or any one of its employees, Journey into Fashion will pay for shipping cost.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
All refunds will be granted within 2 days of receipt of item. You must request a return authorization number by Journey Into Fashion prior to shipping item(s) back. All item(s) must be received in our office no later than 5 days from receipt. All items that do not have an authorization of return and not received within 5 days will not be granted a refund.
All qualified refunds will undergo an inspection for wear, perfume, deodorant and any other form of alteration from its original shipping state. It is at the companies discretion to deny refunds based on these terms.
Please be aware that shipping any item back to Journey into Fashion is at the expense of the purchaser.
ALL ITEM(s) MUST BE SHIPPED BACK WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND SIGNATURE. Journey Into Fashion will not be responsible for any shipments that are lost, stolen or do not have a return signature required.
All qualified refunds will be processed (less shipping & $10 restocking fee) and will be given back within 10 days of receipt of the item.
Doesn't fit, not exactly what you were looking for, well no problem, we would gladly exchange the item for you within 5 days of receipt.
When the item is received. We will issue you a store credit. The store credit can be used to purchase the same item in a different size or a new item. THE ITEM MUST BE SHIPPED BACK WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND SIGNATURE.
All shipping cost for returns and reshipping of items in a different size or new items will be at the buyers expense. If an error was based on Journey Into Fashion or any one of its employees, Journey into Fashion will pay for shipping cost by issuing a store credit.
